I want Zen.
So how do we find it? For me personally: Zen is finding ”mindful” awareness of the present moment. The word mindful is a funny one, in theory means full mind but its not. It means you are conscious, aware and focused.
Zen is letting go of things that you cannot control and being ok with it. Remember, we can be blinded with anger or other emotions, and we don’t see things how they really are. We do not take time to properly understand situation we are in. Everyone is different and everyone has different standards to yours. Be ok with it. Be unique. Be you!
Present moment helps me focus on positive thoughts and most importantly helps me deal with everyday frustrations in a more balance way.
Focus on good and positive. Be patient with yourself and be good to yourself. WE are amazing, not perfect but we are amazing. Smile! Breathe and smile again.
